Simply wonderful, Penny.
It's funny - I was up early yesterday and decided to turn on the TV as I had my first, and usually silent, cup of coffee. I just wanted to see if there were any upcoming films on TCM that I might want to record. It was a little after 6am and I got hooked on the film Broken Blossoms, staring Lillian Gish. A short while later I saw this photo.
I'm sure that wasn't a coincidence, since, as I looked more at your photo I decided to click on your tags. I got a little surprise when I clicked on "tip 8x10 silver shade".
;) - Now I just need to figure out what it all means.

^ I was inspired when Elle invited me to se a silent movie that had a live orchestra playing. Then the next morning I was on eBay looking for 8x10 film and there was this amazing photo there of a silent movie actress with this great eye make up on. I showed it to Elle and she was able to copy it. You will see it better in the next photo. Needless to say, it was a fun shoot. |

I´m sure you´ll have great fun!...I´m still fighting with the Speed Graphic and the Toyo45...they give me a hell of a headache everynowandthen but shooting those big ones is just amazing. Love it!
