Penny, I love everything about this portrait of Kara, your skillful use of light and dark on the modeling of her form and drapery, together with her honest stance ( that is echoed in the strong wooden open doorway, through which the light shines on her thoughtful gaze, makes me feel and see a timeless master drawing of a thoughtful artist who will share her stories with all who will only look and wonder...
