You've got a point with the radio : it's really a huge part of the 'fun'. I love my kitchen, but the fact that the radio is on about 18 hours a day (we've had several visited apartments in the building lately, so it also makes a presence...) makes most of it.
And you're right with the cell phone. You just miss one little pleasure : leave it home from time to time and be free, like in the old days... You miss that little pleasure but on the other hand, you're free all year long. Hum...

Those days, I happen to manually wash dishes about three times a day. And we do have a dish washer. I wouldn't consider washing dishes as a pleasure, though. Life is so full of mysteries...

One thing is sure : people rarely take pictures of dish washers.
Unless they want to sell it.
In which case we could logically think that they are photographers.
Hum...

^ I don't mind doing dishes, and I much prefer it to working in the yard. I have the radio on, I can watch the street outside my window....I find it relaxing. Sometimes, though, I wish I could save time by throwing all of it into a machine, set the timer and walk away. Of course, I don't even have a cell phone, so I am far behind the times in most things.
