I lived there in 1994 and 1996 -1999 another transition time - over on 23rd and Alton road before or as it was getting a bit crazy. The neighborhood initially was quite and away from the typical SB noise but close enough if you wanted noise :)

Haven't been back to SB since 2001. I imagine a lot has changed and maybe come and gone as has always been the case of SB

^ Ocean Drive from 5th to 14th has changed very little. The rest of the beach has changed a lot, especially South Point.
