^ Well, thanks - though i feel "success" (esp here, internet, etc) is a rather tricky and flimsy thing - it comes and goes, and i'd rather not trust it too much :) I did give up my PhD thesis entirely yeah. It wasnt an easy decision to make, and it did take guts - but im glad i made that decision. The subject itself wasnt so uninteresting (something to do with allusions and proper names in english, from a linguistic point of view), but i couldnt handle all the stress anymore, and the whole thing made me feel like a complete failure most of the time. I feel so much better (though a bit bereft and bored!) now that it's out of my life. What is *your* thesis about? Please do send that survey when you need to - it'll be a pleasure to help! Tu ne dois pas être surmenée alors! C'est bien, tu va pouvoir bosser en Juillet.... Ah ah toi qui croyait en avoir fini avec ça!
En ce qui me concerne c'est à nouveau le calme plat avec plein de temps à tuer...But killing time is killing me!

^ Ca c'est sûr, je ne suis pas surmenée :) Mais franchement, de devoir supporter que cette situation de merde s'éternise jusqu'au mois de juillet (au mieux!), ça m'insupporte au plus haut point! Surtout si on me demande de rattraper des cours, alors que j'ai fait mon boulot toutes les semaines, même pour 1 ou 2 élèves. Enfin bref, dont get me started, c'est un vrai bourbier, ya rien d'autre à ajouter... Killing time / killing me, ouais je connais ;) Bidouille des nouveaux appareils! x

^ aaaaah!! c'est cette chanson là?! ben oui, je connais :) Pour les titres, c'est juste des associations d'idées qui viennent sans réfléchir - chanson ou pas chanson, n'importe quelle phrase toute faite qui sommeille dans mon inconscient et que qqch dans l'image va éveiller. ;) Et oui oui, tout va bien. Sauf que je viens d'apprendre que ma fac est encore bloquée, et que les exams qui devaient avoir lieu cette semaine risquent soit d'être annulés ou reportés en juillet - dans tous les cas, relou, quoi. On a rarement vu un bordel pareil dans les facs depuis mai 68... et toi? boulot?

^ haha, well to be honest, cette suite de mots me disait vaguement qqch, mais je ne savais même plus que ça venait d'une chanson, et encore moins, qui en était l'auteur. Procol Harum, donc. Dont even know what it sounds like! just liked the words, thats all ;)
