this is a cracking capture - yet another on this marvellous site to demand being blown up huge... wondrous as it is, I can't quite bring myself to spend 24 quid on a mere 8 shots - the photographers gallery were also selling pinhole 80s for about a hundred quid - the unsaleable boys ended up selling them for 40... :-(

thank you my dear- yes i know i bought two boxes from the photographers gallery which damn nigh broke the bank and the only reason i did that is because i couldnt get the ten boxes that i wanted from freestyle as they wouldnt accept my debit card and then had to do all this faff with setting me up as a new client with a credit card and by that point i gave up...especially when they mentioned the bank transfer word- at that point it would have only been about £13 for each box cos of the exchange rate- but i had to have a go. I think i have got it out of my system now though....

what beautiful words....its tranquility for me. thats why i like polaroid- its like taking away an actual piece of the scene- something that was there and is now here... like a piece of the atmosphere captured, and now tranquility can sit in my pocket...even in rush hour. thank you, really, thank you

no manipulation, just as it is....i put in a cold box after i shot it though and that stopped some of it developing to that dull brown, i also used a green filter...thank you thank you! xxx

I must try that Tz stuff, I saw they had it in the photographer gallery this week...probably a bit pricey in there tho.....

haha- yeah there probably are fjords in edgware road if the rain in hoxton is anything to go by!! its £24 in the photographers gallery- verrry expensive for 8 shots! not even 10! and they go really green...and murky. i'm not sure its worth it...and i never really liked manipulations anyway...but this one is nice enough, so at least i got something from it!
