ouch, I read that modification of the pack, but affraid I could ruinmy precious sx-70. I suggest instead to put a finger over the exposimeter of the sx-70 so it sees low light conditions and with a manual flash, just flash how many times you want and there you have multiexposure. After 30secs, max time for the sx-70, it will spit it out!! But you have to do this in a dark place!!!

i love this. how do you do double exposure on a sx-70? it would make me peachy if you told me how

^ The cartridge has a little hole in the back that the camera uses to push the pola so that the rollers can catch it. If you cover this hole with something (a piece of plastic for example) you avoid the camera ejecting the pola and you can do as many exposures as you want. The only problem is that you have to put and remove the thing in total darkness, and that the ejection system of the camera is pretty fragile, so you can break it very easily (already happened twice to me), so be careful!
