Do you have a cable release for yours and how/where did you get it?

^ thank you Mary Josephine! so glad you like it :) actually the camera was delivered without a cable release, so i bought one this morning, off a secondhand shop in paris. Is a really short one (like 15 cm) but its enough for self portraits... (using the close up lense) looking forward to seeing more miniportrait pics from you :)

If this is a "test" shot, how stupendously good are your images going to be when you are used to the camera, everything is working properly and you are fully confident about its operation. I just love these images and have voted. Both 667 and 665 film are wonderful; I can't decide which I like best - but very soon it will be academic as I only have 2 665 packs left and it is becoming VERY VERY difficult to get any more!

^ You mean you want a close-up lense for you miniportrait? Well i think you can basically use any type of close up lense with this camera. Mine a number 541 for 340 cameras, but it also works with the miniportrait and even the SX70 (so i was told by polkadots...). You can probs find one on ebay!

^ yay i got it!! it arrived totally broken though: no shutter release button, and no viewfinder! i bought a shutter release this morning, but still havent got the viewfinder fixed... which doesnt really matter with selfportraits anyway ;) i used a close up lense on this one, that's why it's so close...
