Poor old buffer. Powerful shot. Did you call for an ambulance or something for him afterwards? We get old guys and the occasional disoriented old woman brought in every so often to ED, just wandered off, lost their way, forgotten where (or who) they are...sometimes drunk, sometimes suffering from a stroke, some just homeless with no-one to care for them. "Modern" society can suck sometimes...

^ you know that is everyones reaction to this photo... Call for help... Unfortantely no... It was a very strange experience but Philadelphia can get nuts sometimes... This is a Social Norm here... And its hard to know when to help and when to ignore... We ignored but there are hundreds around ignoring him as well. Tolerance or Igorance? That is I question I can not answer and choose not to address at the moment... yet the photo has brought this theory into the discussion... Philadelphia's general awareness to this type of behavior is negative... We can only imagine a story behind this photo now.
