Taped the darkslide to the front of my camera and when the picture came out I just held it there under the slide. I put the exposure adjustment wheel all the way toward "dark" for this shot.
About five minutes after taking this shot I peeled the pack open, ran the emulsion under a little water to moisten it, and started pushing it around on the plastic sheet. It was pretty loose so I ended up just taking it off and transferring it to watercolor paper.
