I stumbled across this memorial located on a chain link fence at the corner of 7th Avenue and 11th Street. Thousands of hand painted tiles, reflecting positive themes of patriotism, courage & unity dedicated to the hero's lost on September 11th 2001. Tiles continued to arrive and a second site closer to ground zero has now been established.
