sometimes this universe converges in some pretty crazy ways. today, i planned to commemorate my car's 66,666th mile by taking a pola (a honda is reliable, but it'll never get more sixes than that). it just so happened that, as i hit the mile in question, i was in front of a baptist church, so i snapped a pola of the odometer and one of the church spire. i had to laugh because gary numan's song, "cars" happened to be on the radio at the time, and i was interrupted in my picture taking by my friend tom sending me a photo txt message displaying the cover to the book, "the complete idiot's guide to faith," that he had seen in the grocery store. there you have it :)
