Portland Bill
At the southern most tip of the Isle of Portland, overlooking the English Channel, I can remember the story of Portland Bill, the lighthouse keeper, and his two mates who worked with him, Cromarty and Ross. He also had a dog... called Dogger. A very nautical theme... Bring back 80's style cartoons...
