Broken Masterpiece- Destruction
The story:
Amy was sad because we thought her polaroid camera was broken. After tampering with it we figured that the battery film was the one that actually sucked and not her camera so when we put it in my polaroid camera her film (my camera is manual unlike her's electric) it just spat out the film. So here we had blank pictures with a faulty mercury battery.
I was bored and told her we should do experiments with them, soooooo using our basic knowledge of polaroids and its dynamics we wanted to put it under heat. Thing is, polaroids are highly flammable, and I did not want to put it in the microwave cause we would set off the sprinklers (and that's the worst thing ever in a college dorm). I decided to get a bowl of water and just warm it up in the microwave until nearly boiling.
I then set the polaroid in the water and started to scratch the surface with scissors. Amy suggested putting red koolaid on the water. And well this came out :), we call it destruction.
Amy thinks it looks like cuts and some blood, or zebra stripes, while I thought it was some from a microscope or an extraterrestrial planet or something along those lines. But we both agreed it looks like trees on fire in the snow. That's the story of this wonderful masterpiece :).
